Our EVA and Metallocene Hot melt adhesives, strictly formulated and tested to avoid cold crystallisation phenomena, are suitable for sealing cardboard boxes and packages used in the food packaging industry, for products at low temperatures (deep-freezing).

They offer excellent performance and safety guarantees, ensuring the absence of fumes, odours and carbon residues in the melting unit.

Our adhesives are suitable for direct contact with food (FDA 176.170 & 176.180).

IVYMELT TE 7001

EVA polymer-based Hot melt, for sealing packages intended for deep-freezing.

It offers high specific adhesion even on PET, PVC and painted paper, ensuring excellent setting speed. Formulated to withstand low freezing temperatures, it has good resistance to carbonisation, with low fume and odour formation.

IVYMELT TE 5600

Innovative series of EVA polymer-based Hot melt adhesives specifically designed for sealing paper and cardboard boxes with good porosity.

Formulated for packaging food that must be stored at low temperatures, it offers good specific adhesion.

 
Metallocene Hot melt Use Features

IVYMELT X-940

Next-generation Hot melt adhesive specifically formulated for sealing bags, cartons and corrugated cardboard boxes used in the cold chain.

It ensures excellent adhesion on a variety of plastic materials and high resistance to low temperatures. It ensures the absence of threads, fumes, odours and it does not produce carbon residues in the tray.
