The ZERØ impact cycle of MB Adhesives involves eliminating all non-essential components from the production process, particularly the elimination of product packaging, thus reducing waste management and disposal costs for our customers to zero.
We have developed ZERØ packaging for our products, so that our customers do not need to dispose of any plastic or paper. In fact, the entire range of Hot melt products is available in 400 kg bins and the entire range of dispersion adhesives is available in 1000 kg tanks: once empty, these containers are collected by us free of charge and sanitised for re-use. The result is safety, reduced disposal costs and no packaging waste.
In addition to this, the entire range of Hot melt products is available in the 200g pillow format which reduces the risk of contamination in production departments to ZERØ, preventing the accidental spillage of material typical of conventional Hot melt adhesives in tablet form.
